PowerGraph Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

PowerGraph LLC (formerly Stratada LLC) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Terms”). By accepting our invitation or sending a message to us, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

1. Program Description We may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages to coordinate projects, provide customer support, schedule meetings, and share updates regarding our Power BI visuals and Power Platform solutions. Messages are generally conversational in nature and initiated by our employees in direct response to your inquiries or ongoing business relationship.

2. User Opt In The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through verbal consent during a call, email correspondence, or by initiating the text conversation first. Regardless of the opt-in method you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program.

3. Cost and Frequency Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us. Message frequency will vary depending on your conversation with our team.

4. Support Instructions For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from or email us at success@powergraph.com. Please note that the use of this email address is not an acceptable method of opting out of the program. Opt outs must be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth above.

5. Opt Out Instructions You may opt out of the Program at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages from us, simply verify your desire to opt out by replying with the single keyword STOP to any mobile message received from us. You may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that PowerGraph and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests.

6. MMS Disclosure The Program will send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages connected with this Program. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of PowerGraph’s control. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.

8. Privacy We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice at Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
