Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how PowerGraph LLC (formerly Stratada LLC) (“PowerGraph”) collects, uses, and discloses information you provide to us or which we otherwise collect in providing products and/or services to you (“Information”), including Personal Data by which we mean information that allows us to determine your identity when you engage with us.

- If you voluntarily submit certain information to our services, such as filling out a survey about your user experience, we collect the information you have provided as part of that request.
If you provide us or our service providers with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so and acknowledge that it will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. What We Collect Via Our PowerGraph Products and How We Use It
Usage Data. We collect and process different types of usage data when you use the PowerGraph Products to serve our legitimate business interest of improving our products and services for the benefit of our customers. We work hard to help ensure a balance between our legitimate business interests and your privacy rights.
- Aggregated Usage Data is information pertaining to your PowerGraph Products’ operating environment, including performance and session information. It may include such things as PowerGraph application version, number of active users, number of queries by type, app names, report names, report views, and metrics on the data collected in the software solution database.
This information is aggregated and used by PowerGraph to analyze usage patterns and other business metrics so that PowerGraph can improve its products and benefit customers. Information is collected initially to verify that data is received from a valid PowerGraph product. Most personal information is not collected; in certain cases some Personal Information is replaced with random anonymized keys before being analyzed. PowerGraph uses Aggregated Usage Data extensively to help us better understand how our PowerGraph Products are being used, make improvements to them, and develop new features, or new PowerGraph Products. For example, we may use this data to:
- Better understand how our users configure and use PowerGraph Products
- Determine which configurations or practices optimize performance (best practices)
- Benchmark key performance indicators (“KPIs”)
- Perform data analysis and audits
- Identify, understand, and anticipate performance issues and the environmental factors that affect them
- Improve the operation of the PowerGraph Products and develop new features and functionality
We use Aggregated Usage Data for the purposes described above to fulfill our legitimate business interests to develop, expand and improve the PowerGraph Products. PowerGraph only collects and processes data authorized by its customers through its customers use of its Software. While PowerGraph recognizes that an individual has the right to access the data collected about that individual, PowerGraph does not have a relationship with its customers’ employees but rather only with its customers (data controller). As a result, if you are an employee of one of our customers and you would like to amend, delete or alter your data, then you need to contact your employer directly and PowerGraph will respond within a reasonable period of time to any such request by our customer. PowerGraph only retains the data it stores and processes for its customers for as long as necessary to provide the Service to its customers or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce any agreement.
- Support Usage Data is the same as Aggregated Usage Data, but the contact information persists so that the Information can be linked to your account for PowerGraph to analyze the performance information you send when you ask for help in troubleshooting your PowerGraph Products or to personalize your experience.
Other Collection Practices
We also collect Personal Data from you to fulfill our contractual commitments to you. For example, we collect contact information such as name, address (email and physical) and phone number to enter you into our customer data base systems and manage your account. This may also include Information about billing and payments, customer or support services, or software updates. We share this Information with our affiliates, vendors and partners who help us service your account and with whom we have written agreements protecting the confidentiality and security of your Information. We do not sell this Information.

CrossLink for Smartsheet — Privacy Statement
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This statement describes how PowerGraph LLC (formerly Stratada LLC) handles data in connection with CrossLink for Smartsheet, an Azure managed application available through the Microsoft Marketplace.
It supplements the PowerGraph Privacy Policy, which applies to PowerGraph as a whole. Where this statement and the general Privacy Policy differ, this statement governs for CrossLink for Smartsheet. The general Privacy Policy describes practices across all PowerGraph products and services, several of which do not apply to this product; the differences are set out below rather than left to inference.
How CrossLink for Smartsheet is deployed
CrossLink for Smartsheet is an Azure managed application. It is installed into your Azure subscription and runs there. Your link records, schedules, accept history, and settings are stored in resources inside your own subscription.
The offer is published with publisher management access disabled. PowerGraph holds no role assignment of any kind — permanent or temporary — in the resource group that hosts your installation. There is no PowerGraph identity with a path into your resources. The application’s code is published by PowerGraph; your installation picks up new versions of it as PowerGraph releases them.
What leaves your Azure tenant
Your installation exchanges data with Smartsheet, to read and update your Sheets, and with Microsoft, to report billing. Apart from those, the items below are everything that passes between your installation and PowerGraph.
1. The hourly usage report
Once an hour, from the moment it is installed, every installation sends PowerGraph a report containing:
- an identifier for the installation
- the time of the hourly run the report covers
- the Tier the installation is on, and the number of Sheets that Tier includes
- the number of Sheets currently linked
- the quantity reported to Microsoft Marketplace for billing in that hour, in total and broken down by billing dimension
- whether that hour’s run reached the step that reports billing to Microsoft Marketplace
- the version of the application
We record the time we received it. We do not record the network address it was sent from. To protect the endpoint against abuse, we derive a one-way fingerprint of that address. The fingerprint lets us tell whether two reports arrived from the same place, and cannot be reversed to recover the address itself.
The report is sent every hour whether or not anything changed, so that an installation which has gone quiet is distinguishable from one that has been removed.
2. The billing pause check
Once an hour, every installation asks PowerGraph whether metering is currently paused for it. This request carries the installation identifier and nothing else. It exists so that PowerGraph can stop an installation from billing — for example, while a billing question is being investigated — without needing access to your subscription.
3. Azure lifecycle notifications
When your installation is created, updated, or deleted, Microsoft notifies PowerGraph. These notifications come from Azure, not from the application, and carry the identifiers Azure assigns to the installation. We log them so that we know an installation exists and, when one is deleted, so that its access to our container registry can be closed.
4. The billing identifier request
When it needs them to report billing, an installation asks PowerGraph for the billing identifiers Azure assigned to it, which PowerGraph receives in the lifecycle notifications above. The request carries the installation’s Azure application identifier and nothing else. Once it has an answer, the installation keeps it and does not ask again.
5. The application’s code
Your installation downloads the application’s code from PowerGraph’s container registry, including new versions as PowerGraph releases them. It does so with a credential PowerGraph issues to that installation when it is installed; the credential can download the application’s code and nothing else. The request for the credential carries an identifier for the installation. We record the network address the credential request came from.
What never leaves your Azure tenant
None of the above carries, and no part of CrossLink for Smartsheet sends PowerGraph:
- the contents of any Sheet or Row
- Sheet, Row, or project names
- the names or email addresses of anyone using the product
- Smartsheet credentials or tokens, or any other secret of yours
We can see how much you use. We can never see what is in your Sheets. If a support case requires it, you send us what you choose to share — see Support below.
How long we keep it
Usage reports are retained for 13 months and then deleted. Other requests and notifications are retained as operational logs.
Support
PowerGraph holds no access to the resources CrossLink for Smartsheet deploys into your subscription — not permanent access, and not temporary access on request.
When a support case requires us to see more than you can describe, you export a diagnostic bundle from the application’s Health page and send it to us. You control what it contains: Sheet names are obscured unless you choose to include them, and email addresses are masked. Nothing reaches us unless you send it.
Billing
Billing for CrossLink for Smartsheet is handled by Microsoft through the Microsoft Marketplace and appears on your Azure invoice. The usage figures PowerGraph holds are our own operational record. We do not use them to settle a billing question — your Azure invoice is the record.
How this differs from the general PowerGraph Privacy Policy
The general Privacy Policy describes practices across all PowerGraph products. The following do not apply to CrossLink for Smartsheet:
Application, report, and project names. The general policy notes that aggregated usage data may include application and report names. CrossLink for Smartsheet sends none: no Sheet names, no Row names, no project names.
Network addresses. The general policy notes that product usage data may include IP addresses. CrossLink for Smartsheet does not record the network address a usage report is sent from.
Contact information linked to support data. The general policy describes support usage data in which contact information persists against an account. CrossLink for Smartsheet transmits no user names or email addresses, and diagnostic material reaches PowerGraph only when you send it.
Sharing usage data with partners. PowerGraph does not share CrossLink for Smartsheet usage data with partners.
Everything else in the general Privacy Policy — including how we handle information you give us directly, your rights over your personal data, how to exercise them, and cross-border transfers — continues to apply.
